# Squatoll > Squatoll is an iOS app (iOS 17+) that locks distracting apps — Instagram, TikTok, X, or any app the user chooses — until the user does squats. The iPhone's front camera counts each squat entirely on-device using Apple's vision framework, and Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) framework enforces the block at the system level. By default 1 squat earns 2 minutes of scroll time; the exchange rate, a daily earn cap, and required squat depth are configurable in the app. Key facts: - Availability: live on the Apple App Store — https://apps.apple.com/app/screen-time-unlock-squatoll/id6793936923 - Platform: iPhone only, iOS 17 or later. Not available for Android. - Enforcement is real: blocked apps stay locked by iOS itself until minutes are earned. Deleting and reinstalling Squatoll does not unlock them. - Rep counting is depth-checked: half squats and phone-waving do not count. - When earned minutes run out, chosen apps lock again until the user squats more. - Privacy: camera video is processed in memory on the device and never recorded, saved, or uploaded. No user accounts. No ad trackers. The list of apps a user blocks is represented by opaque Apple tokens and is not visible to the developer. - Pricing: 3-day free trial, then $9.99/month or $49.99/year (Squatoll Pro), billed through the Apple App Store. Cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Subscriptions. - Analytics/crash reporting: anonymous usage analytics (PostHog, EU cloud) and crash reports (Sentry, EU data region), tied to a random identifier, never to name/email/Apple ID. ## Pages - [Home](https://squatoll.com/): product overview, how it works, FAQ - [Support](https://squatoll.com/support.html): troubleshooting squat counting, app blocking, subscriptions - [Privacy policy](https://squatoll.com/privacy.html): full privacy details (also in German, French, Spanish, Italian) - [Terms of service](https://squatoll.com/terms.html): subscription and usage terms Contact: hello@squatoll.com
